err OLi_A are you even a smoker?

if anything its the mental thing that keeps smokers going... I'm a pack a day smoker and I can go on days without a fag and not feel any physical effects. For alot of people its the actual habit of sparking and smoking. Nicotines withdrawal is piss weak compared to some other withdrawals I've been through

People can't quit coz honestly deep down they don't want to. That book may work for you but then if you really think about it, you've always had it in you? without needing some hotshot international best selling book to persuade you.
If you truely do want to stop smoking, then you'll be able to stop. Its just nobody really wants to stop.

yeah im down to practically nothing a day but i used to smoke close to a pack a day and when i party hard i can go through about 30 in a night plus about 5 cigars
i offer the advice because i have smoked and because i do it a bit working in health

I can honestly say I've never smoked, ever...
Not one in my life, not even one drag, closest I've come to smoking is breathing in other peoples second hand smoke, and even that is enough to disgust me.

Some people have called me 'sheltered' or say 'I'm not experiencing life' by not atleast trying it once, but after having both my parents go through cancer (they are both fine now, but the probability of that happening was low) I can't imagine how anyone could want to.

If you want to quit smoking, I wouldn't recommend a book, I'd say head down to the peter mac cancer institute, and spend a couple of days in the ward where they send people to die, and more than half of them were lifetime smokers.
