Hey Mr. Nomen, I like this track, it is definitely the style of trance i Like.

Very nice work Musically, the melody and progression is incredible, Especially after the first main breakdown, where the progression dips into some dischordance, then back to the main progression, like i said, Great Music. Deserves Lots of Praise.

The Treble issue has been adressed, i suppose it is encoding from the site, but the "falling star" hurt my ears and i have completely flat sound.

you may be tired of hearing this, but Really REALLY: Need to have some sort of dramatic introduction of the main melody. If you just stop percussion or dim out a few sounds while that comes in you dont even have to change the sequence arrangement, just automate a few things out and have that melody enter more dramatically. I believe, with all my heart that that would step this track to the point of chills down the spine rather than just catchy. Dynamics, Low points and Hi points interacting with music is what trance is all about, so put your music to work for itself!

8/10

Great Work!

Ktought thanks for that enthusiastic and well written review. I do not get tired of people giving me constructive feedback at all. I have only produced since beginning of this year and people here on TA have certainly helped me to get better and better. I still have a lot of things I want to develop so I am glad people like you give me pointers where to look at.

I am glad though that even with the things which lack in this track, you still really like it

Thanks mate and cheers!

hi Nomen,

I like your tune. Dam it sounds crisp. Nice lead synth sound. its sounds tight.

Nice courd changes. sounds kinda familiar - reminds me of oliver lieb around 2000 stuff. nice break its a stomper and it would fill a dance floor. I think maybe the hats could stand out out a touch more when everythings in the mix.

Very nice tune though.

Nice

Thanks MrMarcellos. Looking forward to hearing my track in one of your sets. And hopefully people will now also stop about the high ends on Soundclick as well

Cheers everyone for the feedback/reactions so far!

This is very nice man. Really nice progressions. Nice use of chords etc. Great synth sounds. Percs could use some tightening up maybe (ie timbre / sound)

Very nice track all the same

Great tune here. The mix could be fixed in the low end a bit, but not too much. Maybe some seperation between the kick and the bass could help. Melody is pretty fricken sweet, but sometimes it does some weird key changes in my opinion, especially near the end of the progression. Nothing too big though. Percussion are a bit generic.. maybe add some of your own touch to it. A bit old sounding as it is right now.

Good work,
Tim

After listening to Satellite by Oceanlab (I realy never liked the track because of the vocals) I can see a comparison in the the first 4 bars or our leads. Luckily Satellite is mainly a vocal track and my track is not and besides that my lead/theme does not consist of 4 bars only

Tft and kakaaklol thanks for your comments as well. Glad you like the track! Tft, percussion is something I am working on with each track so hopefully I will get better with it

Pretty standard, but not bad. It's actually pretty good. Production is pretty nice, too.
