well for example, half the club @ Stereo is usually gay.... a lot of people are homophobic and wouldn't go to Stereo because of that.

No real techno and trance @ Stereo, Aria is -the- afterhour club for that type of music.

et ya pleins de gars qui skip le line up en entrant en sousmrin dans le vip line up or whatever pendant que le monde entre
par exemple quand j'ai entré a timo maas avec JL+Taha ya 2 gars black qui attendait au bord de la porte pis ils ont entré en nous suivant par en arrière et ils me disaient "we are with you guys okay?"
c'est ce genre de merdes qui font de la merde

Plusieurs artistes internationaux ne comprennent pas pourquoi nous avons des salles hip hop dans nos after hours à Montreal. Moi, je crois qu'il faut retirer les salles hip hop des after hours, parce qu'elles sont entrain, petit à petit, de sallir la réputation et l'image de la scène électronique de la ville. Je comprends très bien le côté buisness, surement que cette culture assure une continuité aux after hours, c'est de l'argent facile et rapide pour les propriétaire de ces clubs. Mais prennons l'exemple du Stéreo, dites moi si je me trompe, mais jamais ce genre de chose arrive dans ce club, même jamais vu de police autour du club...il reste à se demander si les proprio favorisent leur poches ou leur culture....

Probablement que les homosexuels sont moins violents. Un peu comme si Montréal accepterait mieux une nouvelle ethnie qu'un village de redneck. Probablement qu'ils sont plus tolérants que les clubbers du ARIA, mais j'avoue que ce genre d'"incident" se produit très rarement dans la scène de musique électronique.

Je le met entre guillemets parce que rien n'arrive pour rien. Quand tu cherches la bagarre, tu l'obtiens.

Can't just close the hip hop room its not that easy. I also find it stupid to say that the hip hop violence will make its way downstairs. It wont because most of this fighting shit is between gang members and you wont find these guys in the techno room.

I agree that if aria were to close the hip hop room they would loose
alot of their revenu... The room seems to be doing well pretty much every night.... One would have to ask Louis or Biggy to know for sure.

However I would pay an extra 10-15$ entry if the hip hop room closed to compensate the loss... (as I am sure most of you would to.)
The problem with that is the majority of people that go to aria for edm don't usually go there for the music or a peticular DJ (Even Lee Burridge...No dissing intended)I mean it's alot different when it's Armin, IM, Sasha/Digweed ect....
Point being, I don't think most would be willing to pay the extr $..

It angers me that these people are giving Aria such a bad reputation when it has done so much for the edm scene,Dj after Dj... It does not deserve the face it has... Atleast we all know the truth!
