ATB is a great pop dance producer IMO, nothing more, nothing less.
Gentle melody is the only tune of his I could see myself playing live under the influence of alcohol. Let U Go is his best pop cheese imo.

Actually no. It's funny how when you listen to his best of compilation "Seven Years" with all the tracks placed in the chronological order and see how as the compilation goes on there is very little progression in the development of the sound throughout those seven years.

So if there are only very slight changes and developments then his albums cannot sound all completely different.

But it amazes me how his commercial success just keeps going. People keep buying his cd's. So many of those German euro-trance names have come and disappeared. I mean people have actually decided to give up on Scooter for christ's sake, but ATB is still popular and all.

Anyone else heard this one?

Yep! I think I still have the "Movin' Melodies" cassette laying around somewhere. Good song back in the day.

"AtB sucks. He's cheesy. He needs to quite making music. Blah blah blah." Gdamnit ppl, shut up. Not all of his songs are all that great but ppl have their own opinions. Who's to say whether he needs to quit making music or not? Obviously he's been quite successful so a lot of ppl must like him, which means his music can't suck that bad. You probably think you're good at something but I think you suck. Anyway, I think his track Humanity is divine.

So on a forum where people are to discuss whether or not they like something, why they do or don't, and what their general opinions are on many varying subjects, you want people to do just the opposite?

If this is the case, then you've successfully earned the 'tardcake of the day award.

also, your sig is huge.

I've never liked anything ATB has ever done, ever. He's shit, and his music isn't even produced that well, including his ambient/downtempo shit that some people think he's amazing at producing.

Yes sir, they should discuss whether or not they prefer something, but to completely bash and degrade someone when they can't even create something half as amazing as he can, I disagree.
I just want ppl to quite trying to decide who should make music and who doesn't. if you don't want to listen to it, then don't.
So, sir this isnt the case, so I'm guessing I'm not a "tardcake."

and my signature might be bigger than typical(thank you for pointing this out, smart claps for you!). but at least it means something and I am somewhat representing myself. Your signature most likely represents you also. A disgusting, profusely bleeding heifer...
