Any salespeople I've dealt with know so little about their products, it's not funny...particularly if you ask them to compare/contrast against another make/model. Yeah, I can read the little description printed on the card below the item too.

Their raison d'etre seems to be to upsell extended warranties and that's about it. I *never* go there expecting anything other than to find something I'm specifically looking to buy after doing all of the research myself. The salespeople are not helpful in *any* meaningful way other than to check stock...and you can even do that online from their site, lol.

The most annoying places are mens business clothing stores where the sales people follow you around and pretend they aren't but every 30 seconds they ask if they can help you....when you finally decide to buy a suit for example then they try to get you to buy a shirt, tie, and shoes......Once....the salesperson was bugging me so much after I picked out a suit to buy a shirt and tie that I handed the suit to him and said "you just lost yourself a sale" and I walked out.
