I do agree that there are too many digital labels, but I don't think it's in anyone's interest to antagonize everybody who has one. Simply because there are many labels releasing crap does not necessarily mean this one will; it's unfair to lump every new label into the "junk" category for the sole reason that they didn't enter the market faster than everybody else.
Having said that, I think the unwritten rule on this forum has always been that the onus is on those who are "looking for tracks" to go out and find those tracks. This is a forum for producers to promote, not labels. There are hundreds of tracks posted on this forum every month - if you're a DJ or a label looking for tracks or artists to sign, then don't be lazy, go and find them!
I've said this time and again: the day of the record label is coming to an end. If you want to stay alive in that business then you have to do your own headhunting; you can't just sit back and wait for desperate artists to beg you to sign their work and their lives away. Most producers today are hobbyists and have day jobs anyway, so they aren't that desperate for a release (and the ones who are desperate for a release are usually the least talented).
