It probably won't but DJM-600's effects were 10x more usefull for me then EFX-500. Also having an external unit is not convenient.

Sorry, but I have to completely disagree. With the EFX, you can hook up to any mixer. What's more convenient than that? Not to mention greater control. The 600's effects are simple, yes. But extremely limited. But the sampler, although also limited, is pretty cool. But I'd rather have a Grabber. I used to have a 600, by the way. I just think it's outdated, now.

DJM-600 had more effects then EFX-500 and with better control and sound quality in my opinion (especially the filter). The only advantage on the EFX is you can do two effects at one time which is useless for me. The effects on the right side are complete crap.
