Maybe show them your avatar + username combo and they'll laugh and go easy on you or something.

Have this quote blown up and plastered on your wall so you can read it everyday. Perhaps next time you will think twice when you're about to make a stupid decision like drinking and driving

Seriously, if my friends get plastered, I drive home eventhough I dont have a license - as long as its somewhere local.

I was pulled over by a cop in 1993. I was driving 3 friends home that were trashed. I didn't have a valid drivers license - but was commended for taking control of the situation and getting people home safe.

College town - loads of drunken bar stories - people get cocky and want to drive.

So much better when there is someone that can hook things up for everyone's safety.

Be safe!

the breathalizer just registers an F for fail if you blow fail

thats that

they take you in the station and you wait a ocuple of hours and give you another breathalizer at the station and it gives a printout reading.

they wait anohter 2 hours and then give you a second breathalizer printout reading. just to verify that your still over hte limit and prove how drunk you were

get a good lawyer who will get you off on technicalities.

look over the reports (you should have a copy of them) see if htey made any errors copying over information. Especialy the time logs, thats where most mistakes would be made. you cant fight this by yourself, get a good lawye rif you dont want a criminal record.

When the breathalizer shows P (from positive) you are taken to the station where they subject you to a 'breath analisis' immediately, which will give the correct value of alcohol in you blood. The degree of punishment depends on that value. It least that how it goes in Belgium.

Anyway, I don't care that you drive 120 km while being a little drunk (I do this sometimes as long as I'm not too drunk and the way home isn't too long). But the fact that you would involve your friends in it that's just wrong. Why would they even get in the car with someone who's drunk?
