Here's one called "Sony's Last Days" -- has some good links to explore.

I've always liked Sony products a lot, and over the years have only bought their products when it came to home electronics. Over the last 5 years or so they have really missed out on a lot of opportunities. They missed the boat on Plasma and LCD TVs. Samsung is killing them. They missed the boat on bring the Walkman into the 21st Century. Apple is killing them with the iPod. Their online music store is a failure. Apple's iTunes Store is killing them. They don't seem to be able to compete anymore. It's sad really. They've lost a lot of money over the last year. Looks like they are going to have to crash and burn, before things are going to get better. Maybe Apple could buy them?

The only good things they have going for them is that is looks like Blu-Ray is going to be adapted as the replacement to the DVD, and the release of the Playstation 3.

Well, their DVD burners are very nice.

EDIT: Also, I'd like to point out that this bug hurts anyone connected to a network, like the internet. Yes, even if you aren't infected yourself. For every computer compromised in this manner is another computer that sends spam and other malicious or illegal data (think child porn or DOS attacks here) w/o their owners knowledge.

so, if i install sarah mclachlan's bloom on my comp, i get bombarded with free child porn??

i've said it before and i'll say it again: sony is a shit company!

i've been boycotting sony products for a good 5 or so years, because i fucking hate sony. they always try to pull shit like this. fucking assholes. i hope i don't have that shit installed on my system (most likely don't, cuz i have autorun disabled and i'm pretty sure i don't own any cds that could have it and i've never installed any programs from copy protected cds.) fucking DRM copyprotection shit. i still don't see what the good sides of it are!

FUCK YOU SONY!
