That's very strange when I was looking into getting a filter unit a couple of years ago, someone recommended the Filter Queen but the Electrix (people who make it) website said it was discontinued... and still does: http://www.electrixpro.com/products/index.html

Looks interesting, although it doesn't seem to have a cutoff frequency control but it's got both "Q Factor" and "Resonance" controls... which are the same thing!

Unless they mean something else by either of them, which would be particularly bad use of terminology

Electrix went out of business. They were supposed to resurface a year ago, with revamped products, but never did.
