I've seen glowsticks in pics from Red-Lite, so I am assuming they are permitted for NYE as well.

sorry to break it to you guys, but Red Lite is in Laval (north of Monteal), in pretty much the middle of no-where. If you were gonna have a meet-up, it'd have to be more downtown oriented, then jump in cabs/cars. Just a suggestion.
