A nagging/whinging woman, it's a relentless annoying sound in the backgroud that you don't really want to listen to but know you'll have to put up with it

i enjoy it somewhat...it could have been CRAZY if the build exploded into something...but it kinda doesnt go anywhere...still, its not the worst thing out there
