Yes. We had a few companies at the agency I worked with. Most looked at frequency. However, one of our agents mentioned the fact that companies will give a woman a lower rate right off the bat (no accidents on record, that is). I assumed that it was because their accidents usually cost less. Is the whole theory just wrong?
