Avatars can only be a max size of 100x100 pixels, can only be a max of 20k (which REALLY limits what you can do jk swamper!)
to pick one out of the list, just go to "profile" (from the top-right hand corner of your screen), then click "user options" or "options" or something like that, and at the bottom you will see "use custom avatar"... select "yes".... then you can pick from a screen or upload one from your Hard Drive... but make sure it falls into the catagory which i listed above.
BTW - good luck on making that avatar Laz... i welcome good competition!

Hehe, it aint that bad, i think it is good, but i had to take mine off coz it was to big, but if you like it, that is alll that matters
