HAS to be Art Of Trance - Sea Of Tranquility
Despite the name, that track gives me massive chills sometimes. It's got a really ominous beat, the sort of tune that sends shivers down your spine and most unsettling of all, there's a sample of a child laughing in it, which is well freaky.
