What so bad about having a DJ at an olympic ceremony...is trance not suitable enough? is EDM not suitable enough for the olympics...would you rather U2 come out or Staind or Ozzy Osbourne for that matter? Or maybe Britany Spears or Leann Rimes or some s***....

if they pick the voted #1 dj, as someone said, pvd should be chosen
as rich as i think this would be, i wouldn't like to see it happen
tiesto is commercial enough.
i want pvd to stay 'elitest'
to be honest i think tiesto style can come across to the world, but i don't see that pvd's style would work to the world....his music is designed for people who are tuned into it, not world+dog

I thought it was entertaining when I saw everyone at the olympics (audience wise) was dancing and they zoomed in on an old lady clapping her hands together dancing
i am glad this turned into another tiesto is god debate
cause i havent read one in at least 5 mins

You do know that you couldn't hear shit during the broadcast, right? I had to turn my TV to the max to even barely be able to make out what he was playing. I don't see how that could've added to the experience, aside from just "knowing that he's there."
