| quote: | | You are right, but unlike the 17th century, BT cant resolve this issue with pistols at dawn. |
Y'never know. This idiot may be a pretty straight shooter, and BT strikes me as the type to have never touched a firearm.
Now, a sword fight. That'd be tight. Granted, that may still leave BT at a disadvantage. I think, in the end, he's better off resolving this is court, because he can't possibly lose. Or one would hope. The jury could very well be made up of impassioned copyright-wingers who also just happen to have a beef with dance music because of the drug content. That's the part that really pisses me off.
| quote: | | In the past year for example someone sued for money in China because they had their virtual land stolen in an online video game( I believe they won). I mean seriously in communist China they're even having stupid lawsuits happening so that speaks tons about the spread of the lawsuit frenzy. |
The saddest part of this is that lawsuits are considered shameful in traditional China. This is the society that I thought would adapt to lawsuits slowest, but Westernization is, unfortunately, too strong and swift a force for even the middle kingdom to put a stop to.
| quote: | | The Fast Fourier Transform should prove his right. |
Of course, it may also seem like smartass hokus pokus to the jury, which will probably have an average educational level of high school.

Hehe, Britain's guilty of that, too, you know. As well as any other nation where English is the official tongue.
