You're right about that dude, Ferry's remixed this track and Bono was really impressed with the remix as well. It's never been officially released though......

Nah, personally I prefer the original, gr8 tune even though it's not trance. And U2 is absolutely not anywhere near cheese, they make quality music totally unlike N'Sync's junk (which they haven't even made themselves ).

Correction: As I read in an interview, BT has done production for N Sync, and their music, although I don't like it, usually has solid production, I'm not sure of which tracks BT has produced for them.

Also, there is a remix of Britney Spears "I'm A Slave" that I heard Brad Copeland spin @ Tonic and it's DAMN good. I beleive its called "The Light Remix".

And finally, laugh at these DJ's for remixing or producing pop all you want, because they are laughing all the way to the bank.

I would remix a pop artist to be able to furnish a brand new studio.

Have none of you young 'uns who are slamming trance producers for remixing pop, ever listened to Venga Boys - Kiss (Airscape mix) ... damn it's one of trances acknowledged all time classics!

If I was a producer I wouldn't 'not' remix something just because it was originally done by a pop artist, I'd just treat it as an even bigger challenge to put my own artistic stamp on it. It's got to be more fun than trying to remix one epic trance song into another epic trance song, and come up with something that no one's done before ...

if i were in that situation, i would remix the song and take out the vocals but then again, i don't think they'd like me improving the song

BT produced N'Sync's "pop" IT's got all the breaks and electroni c sounds typical of BT. AndI'm pretty sure he's producing the majority of there album = $$$$$$
