Very easy to do, and fun.
It run's better if you do it natively rather then run it in vmware. I used to be following this alot, stopped now so I'm not sure how far they have gone. I belive people are working on making ATI/NVIDIA drivers for it.

I've been reading the living shit out of the OSx86 Project Wiki and will attempt a dual boot setup when my Pioneer DVR-110 gets here so I can toy around with it, much to the hilarious chagrin of somebody else. Hahah.
