(So start the big, shit-flinging abortion debate.... now!)

perhaps after the mere "9 month" role of being a carrier, the 18 year haul begins - in which case, guess who's direction she'll be looking to for a great deal of support. if not emotionally, indeed financially.

i am pro-choice under controlled accessbility. i'm not fully read on the topic but my irk lies in the abuse of such a substance if made easily available ala vending machine style (i exaggerate). not merely to repeat offenders (who may consolidate the thought of a safe contingency plan - if no contraception is put to practise, or available at the time), but to those who may use it as an accomplice for malicious behavior. spiked drinks, spiked food, used ass threats by a spiteful husband or a jealous ex boyfriend. as immoral as it all sounds, shit like that happens. but hey, i guess like a knife, rat poison, or a carrier of aids - it's not the tool, but the morality of the person who subjects it use.

Im sorry but that comment sounds really STUPID & UN EDUCATED!

I believe a woman should have the opportunity to decide what she wants
to do
with her life.

Although I am strongly AGAINST girls who continually have un-protected
sex &
who have many abortions! To girls who think its OK to have sex, get
pregnant
then just have an abortion without any remorse, absolutely DISGUST me!

To any girl who consents in having sex, whether it be protected or not, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILTY IN KNOWING THAT THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MIGHT FALL PREGNANT!

On the otherhand I also believe that bringing a child into this fucked up world may not be in the best interests of the child.
This world is fucked!
What kind of future do we want for our kids?

Not one with war, poverty & famine, hatred, etc.

It's not like any of your posts have any educated merit to them, and this one is no different.

I doubt you would be against it if you were on the brink of struggle to even cope with your life, do you actually think it's right to bring a child into a world of poverty if your unable to even support yourself? Do you think the child should miss out on all the benefits of life such as education?

Thats the problem with people that are opposed to the drug or abortion as a whole like you, you only think it's cruel towards the child, but i say it's cruel bringing the child into your unprepared world.

It should be a choice, if the women wants a abortion, let her have it, what right do you have to tell what to do or not?

And what are you remorsing over when the fetus is young, i never said it was right after one month, and even 3 month should be the limit. After 3 months it should be illegal.

There's always adoption, etc for that. But there are still other circumstances where abortion should be an option.

well, id say missym's post was far more balanced and fair than your own. read it again, she says she's more than in favour of women having the choice, but also that people should take responsibility for their actions (fair enough) and not use this pill as a different form of contraception. granted missy's posts are pretty weird & pointless some times, but i dont think she's the congenital idiot some of you think.

because he is partly responsible for the fetus' existance thats why. maybe he wants to be a father? i don't think it would be very fair to not have any input at all in the descision. if the timing and situation isn't right to have a baby i would much rather be able to discuss it with my partner at the time and talk through it instead of just getting "yeah i got pregnant but i got an abortion dont worry".

the father might get a chance to discuss th decision, but the choice is ultimately the womans. but the choice to disclose her pregnancy to her partner is the womans as well. having \"input\" into a decision that solely (physically) effects the woman isnt a right held by the male, and thats as it should be.

First of all THIS is a SERIOUS topic!
Secondly, I never suggested that ANY of my previous posts have been for your educational purposes, neither is half the shit what other people say on this site! FFS ITS ONLY A WEBSITE! A FORUM! A NIGHTLIFE & ENTERTAINMENT FORUM! SOME PEOPLE TAKE IT WAAAAAAAY TOO SERIOUSLY!

The fact of the matter is, is that, that SPECIFIC comment of yours, is very inane! =
quote:
If thats murder, i think they should go criticize all the
friggin
masturbators out there then, they are killing 1 million children in one
hit.

WAS THIS MEANT TO BE A SERIOUS COMMENT OR WHAT?
BECAUSE THERE IS NO LOGIC IN IT WHATSOVER !

LOL OH I FIND IT SO FUNNY WHEN PEOPLE TAKE WHAT I SAY OUT OF CONTEXT!

I NEVER SAID I WAS TOTALLY AGAINST IT, RE-READ WHAT I WROTE & MAYBE YOU'LL UNDERSTAND!

I ALSO SAID THAT=I believe a woman should have the opportunity to decide what she wants to do with her life!

OFCOURSE I REMORSE WITH THE FETUS, HOW CAN I NOT! IT IS STILL A FETUS! A LIVING ONE, RIGHT FROM THE START!

quote:
you only think it's cruel towards the child, but i say it's cruel bringing the child into your unprepared world.

ANOTHER DR.PHIL TRYING TO TELL ME WHAT I THINK!

Psy guy, we actually agree on many points, except for the one I think is inane! Ofcourse its cruel to bring up a child in an unprepared world!
THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THIS SITUATION HAVE NO ONE TO BLAME BUT THEMSELVES! THEY SHOULDNT HAVE PUT THEMSELVES IN THE SITUATION IN THE FIRST PLACE!
