My old setup is in boxes and crates. Would anyone be interested at what a home setup used to look like in the late 80's, early 90s? I'm sure I have a pic or two somwhere, but I'll have to dig it up.

Things were crude, and very little people were into this trade back then. AND NO FUN AT THE HAIR!

OK, this is my setup in 1989.... I'm so embarassed to share this!

This was a student association party at Carleton U. in Ottawa.

- Kenwood 200w amp
- self-modified turtables (soldered in my own potentiometers for pitch control)
- Realistic mixer
- Aiwa tape deck

im not gonna even mention my PC specs..

but i do have a soundblaster X-Fi XtremeMusic

Keys: M-audio Radium 49 (Bruuen...i dont htink ur 61 would even fit on my desk..lol)
Monitor screens: umm... 1x17 inch CRT and soon to add a 15 inch LCD (getting it for a steal)

Speakers: Logitech X230 (2.1...yes i know it aint pro audio but to go pro, means i would have to buy a reciever + monitor speakers which i cant afford)

oh and i have an Ikea lamp...
