@Vicci, the only one of those dj's who might draw a crowd here is halliwell....honestly Montreal doesnt really dig any of these styles if you look at what is being booked and what isnt.If a club owner thought it would be worthwhile they would have done it by now.Judge Jules gets booked in Vancouver but not Toronto or Montreal...why?i already said it.
Music evolves...unfortunatly some Dj's dont.
+1

From the posts that have been made so far... I see these guys style are not very big here......
Ok talking Montreal only club scene excluding after hours and massive djs such as Armin V B , Sasha, Tiesto and so on ....... which let say smaller Dj's would bring out huge crowds any suggestions?

Errr....
Lee Burridge
Dan
Desyn
Chus & Cebellos
Fanciulli
Deep Dish
Peter Rauhofer
Armin
Lawler
Preach
David Guetta
...
lol
But to answer your question:
James Zabiela or Benny Benassi.... this would pack the proper venue...

if you book one of them, you need to booke them in a big line up, alongside a superstar dj or somebody who have a great name in Montreal!! Ex: Desyn Masiello@Cream 2004 first time in montreal, now everybody want him back, and he came back already, but he's now a favorite.

I'ld say Preach since he's from Mtl
But Christopher Lawrence, Chris Liebing usually gets a good crowd. They're bigger than Halliwell but much smaller than AVB, Ferry or Sasha. Blank and Jones are great too but sometimes too cheesy. And I want Johan Gielen back

well the reason why i started this thread to get some knowledge i was just wondering if some people shared the opinion as I did. I c not....if you guys have suggestions it would be appreciated. I know most big names would be hit ....but there alot of smaller Dj's that are good and are wanted just dont know which ones. From what I have seen by searching previous threads is that Sven Vath seems to be loved here I dont know if any one can confirm.....Mc Mario alredy spins once in a while at 1234... Benny Benassi was at 1234 also I think couple years ago or dome... ??....I also never said we never get good dj's I said that there many good Dj's that dont come here very often. As for a normal club set which dj you guys think would do good here??

the MC Mario post was a joke and i hope you were kidding with Benassi(1 of the worst dj's of all time IMO)
King Unique would be awesome, those 2 are nuts...
Olav Basoki or Greg Gow would also be pretty cool...but not gonna happen
