I always get a confirmation email within 24 hours. I would drop them an email and ask if they got your order? They may not have recieved it, they have never let me down & I have been using them for the past year.

yah.. fuck htfr.com, about a year ago i was trying to order "desire" by Tony Price and htfr was the only place that had it (supposedly) and i placed my order but for some reason they never contacted me and the money never was charged to my credit card, after numerous emails they finally told me they didn't have but it took them about a month to get back to me.. poor customer service..

i don't like satelliterecords.com because their shipping is outrageous and their realaudio links don't work..

www.dancerecords.com is a good shop, they offer free shipping if you place an order over $50 and their realaudio links work

www.danceimports.com is also a good place but their selection is limited, great customer service though and they offer free shipping if you order 5 or more records (w/in the us and discounted shipping outside the us)

www.dmcrecords.com has a huge selection but you might want to call or email them first before placing an order because their actual in-store inventory doesn't always match the online inventory but i have ordered from them and received my stuff the next day (but i do only live about an 2hrs away)

what do you guys think about HTFR when merchandise is purchased? all ive read so far is about HTFR is not good with records, does this apply to thier merchandise too?

Well, exactly a month ago I ordered like 50 vinyls from www.web-records.com. Before that I emailed them asking in how much time since the order I can get records (I'm from Israel). Got an answer - 1-2 weeks max.

A month is over, they even don't reply to my emails since the order (though I've got a confirmation mail the same day).

Now i'm kinda confused.. I have no problem to order them from some other place (I will try your recomendations, thanks all ), but they can charge my credit card in any second (say, in a month,two,three...) when I won't need these records at all!

HTFR crap!!!!!! I dont think so. I have ordered about 50 records from there and a tape deck as well, and headphones. I got most of them next day as well. HTFR isnt crap you all just dont know how to use the wbsite properly.

I have a quick question......chemikal records...they only sell vinyls right?

Because I want to make a purchase and all of the titles i chose they refer to as discs?
Do they mean vinyls?

i have ordered from dotvinyl before....actually i mean i 'tried' to order from them before. i did the same thing as you and at the webpage after hitting submit, they say everything is nice and rosy and that my vinyls will arrive blah blah blah and some shit about sending me an email to confirm. well weeks have went by and they haven't sent me shit. no vinyl. no email. i sent them an email and they don't reply. fucking asses they are. i'm pretty sure my order had not gone through for some reason but i can understand what you are going through. now you probably don't know whether to re-order or not. anyway from what i heard, they recently had some kind of server crash or whatever but any orders in the last week or so are gone and you have to re-order. same goes for emails sent to them. they won't have it. so i guess you might wanna contact them about it. then again they screwed me over when they weren't have any trouble with their computers, so just becareful with them.

Ya I found out about there server crash so i re-sent the order, i also sent them an e-mail saying that i wanted an order confirmation within a day otherwise i would go through someone else. Less then 4 hours later they sent me an e-mail saying that all my selections were in stock and they would ship it tommorow....so its all good. Im glad because most the records i orderd were promos that i couldnt find anywhere else.

I had some previous bad experiences with HTFR but I ordered a mk2 1210 from them since they were the only one who would send to greece.
Thank god it came OK And just in 2 days time!
