Does caffine really effect you all that much? A litre of red bull and i barely notice the difference.. The only time i've ever noticed much of an effect from caffine is when i drank 5cans of red bull and took 7 pro plus tablets, my eyes were going nuts

Pound for pound, tea has more caffeine than coffee, but you get 200 cups of tea per pound versus 50-60 cups of coffee per pound. Therefore, tea has 1/3 - 1/2 the caffeine per cup. Black tea has 40-60 milligrams of caffeine per 8 oz. serving.

unless you eat your tea/coffee its a moot point (but interesting none the less). green tea ftw anyways

10g of caffine can kill. (about 100 cups of coffee). caffine is a drug, stimulant drug.
