hey hey look at some of the bs in this thread... not surprising coming from our Ontarian neighbours. After all, they're just jealous because their women are butt ugly and plastic made, and they make all that money only to come and spend it here to compensate their boring lives.
Actually, Malek, I meant it as a complement. Taking time to enjoy life seems like a good thing in my opinon. I wish the pace of life in TDot allowed for the leisure time enjoyed by you and your neighbours.

you heard too many stories, in the downtown areas and its surrounding you'll have no problem at all communicating with others and enjoying yourself. Most people will switch to English to help you, majority of people in those areas are bilingual in a true Canadian fashion. Obviously outside of the city, people are less and less bilingual and it will be more difficult, its normal.
I have some buddies studying at McGill and they're not having any troubles at all, one of them is from new jersey and he doesn't want to go back

Congratulations Gregory!
Are you going to be getting any help from the United Dino College Fund?

back to the subject, deadline for universities are March 1st. They don't open enveloppes until after the deadline... you'll probably recieve an answer in about 3 weeks.
Expect to be refused at Mcgill and accepted at Concordia, unless you're one of those A grades nerd or your name sounds jewish hehhehe (its an inside joke between all of those who's been refused )
anyhow, you'll love it here, like the other 16000 foreign students.
Actually malek, that isn't true.. Its a rolling acceptance, i have 3 friends who are already accepted into mcgill...
i may actually get rejected to concordia because im applying to a specialized design program...
thanks guys!

the deadline is actualy february 1st for Canadian citizens outside of Quebec. When were they accepted?
Deadlines also mostly don't apply to "no-contingency" programs.
