Personaly I don't mind China and it's "communism" ( which today is getting pretty mild ).
Shanghai is quite a vibrant city
There are tons of expats in many of the larger cities in China nowdays.

but on the contrary, you'd be amazed at how prejudiced u were with this city until u spent some time there

i don't think it's a rule as such that the people who support the idea live in the same country, or even continent, as long as they: have lived there, were born there, are of that descent, or plan on visiting/moving there sometime.
at least that was the case with the Finland subforum, if i remember correctly.
as long as you get a specified number of votes, thereby showing support, the forum should be created.


you have my vote + i'm willing to relocate back to shanghai if that would further aid you in the creation of this forum.

It is up to you to contact other members that may be up for this regional forum, once you have the required numbers then post in site suggestions and get the other members who want the forum to post too.
