Just listened to your track. You are improving indeed as a producer. Bass and kick and percs are a lot better already. Also you are not making three tracks in one track anymore 
What I still think is lacking is a good general direction in which you want to take the track. It feels like during the build up you don't know what you want to do yet. there are hardly melodic elements so it does not really hook. You could use some elements of during the lead to prepare us more for the hook that you want to create.
The lead you are using is a lot better and more original than in other tracks of yours. I quite like it, also the melody is a lot better. Still when all elements are in place the track lacks depth and energy but I can hear your improvements mate so keep it up.
