Be very careful who you go accusing of what before you have any hard evidence.

So you say you saw the guy pissing on a car. Well just because you saw that doesn't mean he is the one who did it to you. If you have accused him to his boss he has every right to sue you for any damages that may be incurred including solely damage to his reputation. Also, the store itself could also sue you for defamation of it's reputation. That is unless you have actual proof and it is sufficient to have him charged by the police.

Id ask the manager if he could review video footage (which he doesnt have to do unless asked by police). Id also call the cops. If you dont have footage you are SOL.

Dont go accusing people without proof or you just may find yourself on the wrong end of a lawsuit.
