I think its generally because a large percentage of the current TA were not in the scene in the 90's when light shows became pretty big. As the general hype wore off (and drug preferences changed) people began associating them with Etards. If you asked this same question Tribe.ca I'm sure you would get a very one sided negative response to glowsticks since more of them have moved from pills to coke as the drug of choice and associate glow sticks with newbies that chewing thier faces off.

I have no issue with glow sticks but then again I was around when they were first popular. As long as people are respecting the others around them when they use it then go ahead and have a ball...its those who don't respect others that I dislike...regardless of having glowsticks or not

Well i usually forget to get mine and get forced to pay 4$ for each in the club.

But sometimes my brain remembers that money is something to save ,and i go to HY&ZELS @ yonge clark to get some.(LOL)


i pay 1$ each in there, which is a pretty good deal.
