true to some extent... flu can turn into pneumonia etc which is not good but your immune system would have to be pretty poor or worn down for it to happen, it could happen but not to likely if your a normal functioning human being!

Colds.. headaches... theres so many whingers out there!! haha we actually get called out to headaches!! its bull shit i tell ya, people actually die cos we get stupid morons calling us up for non emergencies!

ok.. ive realised something! dunno if its founded on safe medical science or whatever but its another lot of my 2 cents...

whenever ive had a lurgy (like yours philby) i have found that when ive elevated my body temp, either through exercise or other means whatever that the next day its gone!

maybe there is some proof to the old wives tale of swet it out after all...

it is fact though that exercise boosts immuno function, so why deny yourself the cheapest meds out there...

better than xanax anyway!! haha
