take up 2 gathering profs and make money off all the impatient people. hunter w/ skinning and mining/herbalism. Kill and skin while tracking for other resources.
Ive never had issues making money, even as a lowbie without the help of the AH. the key is bag space.
tho now that I think about it, on my 1st toon, I got given 100g for my mount by a guy who scammed for real cash. My epic I won a BOE epic and got 800 for it.
on both my alts, the most ive made is 40g before I go and spend it on some pattern I want. but if I had 2 gathering profs and no need to buy patterns, I could see myself having 100g by 40.

i'm on my 4th month on WarCrack, level 50 lock (main) and i have about 450G. most of it by hustling on the AH, buy low, sell high!
last two weeks i made about 200G by selling arcanite bars. buy arcane crystals off AH for 30G, pst on /2 for other ppl to xmute for you (5g), and sell finished bars for 45G! easy money! rinse + repeat!

sulfuras is a mace, and really it depends on what your guild can do. If youre killing nef, then no. Becuse you would be in line for a Ashkandi which is just as good.(imo)
if somehow you happen to get a dark edge of insanity (c'thun) then umm..yea, DE your orange.
IMO not worth it. I just hope they end up using sulfuron ingots for something other than this hammer.

They were at the time, though the second one is in the hands of the biggest moron on the face of the earth...he is spec'd for "warrior AE" which is about as useful as a "mage tank" in just about anything. But I digress.
We were still working on Chromaggus (hello old Time Lapse pain in the ass) when we got the second hammer made, and there was no telling when we would get any good 2h drops.
It is arguable whether or not sulfuras is better than ashkandi, comes really down to spec. Course I dont play a warrior, and never plan to so meh.

Well very very few guilds have beaten C'thun (and only cause of the recent tune down on his difficulty. Good luck getting a Dark Edge any time soon

no one has downed c'thun....we are currently at him....and the lowest anyone has gotten him was like phase 2....blizz doesnt want ppl killing him yet.....rumor has it some guild got him to 7% but thats bs....and for the sulfaras hammer....its worth it if you pvp alot...its a shame they nerfed thunderfury...cuz that use to be fucking insane in pvp.
