Afraid there is no simple explanation. If you don't understand how the lock works, you wont understand what you're doing. If you don't understand what you're doing you can only pick the lock by sheer fluke. There's a document called something like the MIT guide to picking locks or something... google it.

well seeing now I know what you want to pick here is a short demo video how to do it:

basically you tick a metalic strip and stick in on the left side and twist and voila! it's unlocked.
