is an ISIC card worth it. its about 30$ online. its the international student identity card. i read up on what discounts it gives, but i'm not sure if i'll be using any of the stuff. does anyone have one/use one/used one, especially when travelling around europe??

Ive heard from people that its worth getting, good for travel discounts and lodging and good to use as ID if u ever need it, so u dont have to take ur passport.

I've heard that it is accepted at many places in Europe, but mainly in big cities...it has got me a number of discounts at random stores in London so I guess you could $30 money's worth but big savings -- hmm..not really...just get it its just 30 bucks
Definitely a good id, I somehow managed to get a fake age on it so used it as a fake id for years - worked like a charm

I'll be hitting Belgium for a while this summer, and then Morocco with my parents in August. WOooo sandy beaches here i come!
