Actually, I had upgraded almost immediately upon getting my Xone, as it was instantly apparent that the bass in the 700's sounded like someone banging on a tin roof. I had upgraded to the Pioneer HDJ1000's, but they only lasted 4 months (And I baby my gear), and broke on me (At the joint) during a gig last week.

I had my old 700's with me as my contingency plan, and playing with those for even a couple hours to end my set, I knew right away that I had to get some new phones ASAP.

So far the 7506's sound better than any headphones I've worn in my life
