I dont know if Facebook has improved a great deal since May, but right now it's so fucking awesome and impressive, if you ask me! Highly addictive 
It blows MySpace out of the water IMO. It's much, much cleaner (less clutered) and more functional than MySpace.
The way this "tagging" of pictures works is nothing short of revolutionary and brilliant for this free online service which is essentially operating in much the same way as others, but is really distinguishing itself by how it shares pictures so easily and effectively. It's all just so simple and fluid!
Spitty send me a link to her pics last night, and that's pretty much how I found out about it (never paid any mind to "Facebook" before when ppl had made reference to it). I've become addicted as of today! 
And now, you don't need a school address in order to join up. I used my Gmail one. They are diversifying out from being restricted to only an university network online service, I think. 
^5 Top notch site and service! I encourage all to check it out, esp if you are already fans of MySpace. (Though, yes, it doesn't allow the sharing of an artist's/producer's songs (such a great feature of MySpace), and you won't find a million-and-one DJs with Facebook accounts that you can add as friends -- that's the very unique and cool thing about MySpace that I love!)
