Actually.. it wasn't a dirty nasty old sneaker. It was a nice high quality boot which I did polish before going that night. My friend and I also did a sniff test before getting it signed. No foulness.
I do have to say I definately apperciate my signed boot more than most people do a signed peice of paper or flyer. I'm sure most of those end up in the garbage or on the floor anyways.

Just my 2 cents..

i have no problem with a nice women's shoe/boot being signed, shows high class. but a dirty worn out and torn sneaker is a bit of disrespect, i think
