Okay, it's on BBC in the UK, and it's also on BBC Canada here - but they edit it to omit many parts of the show so they can throw in 10 minutes worth of commercials.

The best way to do it is download it from one of the many torrents that are available, as the show airs each Sunday evening in the UK and this way you will be getting the full 1 hour, commercial free show. Finalgear.com is where you can find those. Many clips can also be found on www.youtube.com by searching for 'top gear' and that'll give you a taste of the show.

It is BY FAR the best television series ever, and one of two that I watch.
