I've been trying to get in the habit of eating breakfast nowadays. Even if it's just a little something. I'm not usually hungry, but I know it's good to eat something! We have NO breakfast food in the house right now though, so I had a little bit of Cinnamon Toast Crunch - not much left - and a small bowl of spahetti! Haha

There is no such thing as soy milk. it's soy juice. but they couldn't sell soy juice, because when you say soy juice, you actually start to gag. Know how come I know there's no such thing as soy milk? Because there's no soy titty, is there?

Well I started drinking it because the dairy milk in Taiwan is overpasteurized longer and tastes/smells like farts......plus there are quite a few hormones injected into cows these days. Taiwan doesn't offer organic milk so I got used to drinking soy milk

I love using it in smoothies, the slight sweetness makes it so you don't have to add any sugar if you want a sweeter smoothie

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Usually ill have oatmeal and a banana and a big cup of coffee. I cannot leave the house sans breakie.

Also I love Soy milk but I rarely drink it because it makes my stomach do backflips. Anyone else get this?

I cant drink regular milk either, because it makes me feel really crappy but I dont drink soy milk. Instead I just get lactose free milk (1%) and it works fine for me.

And breakfast is usually leftover of what I ordered/ate the night before

Shanny's bagel breakfast sensation...

1)Cut a bagel in half
2)Fry two eggs in any fashion you see fit(over easy, over hard, sunny side up)
3)Place Eggs on each half of the bagel
4)Fry 4 strips of bacon
5)Place bacon on top of bagel with eggs
6)Shred cheese over top of bacon, egg and bagel
7)Place in oven under broiler for 2 mins, or until cheese is melted.

Utterly fantastic!
