Maybe I'll check out Crush lounge one day. A good friend of mine promotes a Tuesday there which is hip-hop. Not my thing, but supporting friends is bigger than all that.

Can't say anything bad or good about FerryMSH though I am curious what MSH stands for. I do know that he pushes the promotion of himself and his nights pretty hard, even a bit overzealous but maybe I'm just overly sensitive.

That is an abbreviation of his last name, I don't understand why everyone has to be such a busy body.

There is nothing wrong with doing a lot of promo work; you will not understand this until you put your own money up, and take a risk.

Nothing wrong with doing a lot of promo work but then again you don't want to oversaturate.

An example I always use regarding parties and shows is, if my car gets flyered more than 3x in a given time period, I will make a point not to go. I'm happy people are out there pounding the pavement and getting the word out. I don't want it to be all in my face about it though.

From what I understand he is one of the worst DJs in Van if not the worse (I have my own opinion of whos the worst)

Charging 20 $ for someone who is known by max 10 $ in the city, on a weekday, at a shit club ?

Anyone who throws parties JUST so they can play (he did it @ 686 and i cant remember where else) is pretty effin hurting in my books.
