The wife had hers taken out about 3 years ago. She said it was very nasty stuff. Several doctors wanted to take mine out when I was kid because I got a strep infection about 4 times per year, but I finally grew out of it. Still have them today, but they could be eaten up with cancer for all I know.

i had a fine time. had lotsa ice cream and got better in no time. wierd. all my friends were alright too. even one of my friends who had his removed in russia with a hook and no painkillers or anything!!!
