anyone else like to share their burger experiences?

my second burger wasn't cooked as much as my first yesterday. It took away from the quality slightly compared to the first one which was bliss. Live & learn I guess. I remember once or twice eating burgers somewhere, maybe Earls? And it tasted like fucking horse meat.

one of the best burgers I ever ate was a customized hybrid caliente/hawaiian made to my special order. Salsa, sour cream, ring of pineapple, lettuce, tomato etc. One serious burger.

i think tha best burger wuld be from grindin ure own top grade sirloinstake.of course u wuld need a industrial grinderz.after this,u can hv it served pink+juicee inside...this is not allowd at most restaurantz todayz))

I think contrary to steaks, burgers are actually better when cooked more. My results last night were indicative of that. overcooked>undercooked
