you guys all pay way too much.

u can bump it down at least $10

call them up and tell them taht you want to leave dsl and go to cable. tell them that they have higher speeds and that right now there is no point in paying for ultra since its the same speed as HSE. find some other isp's that offer dsl/cable for less like 3web or soemthing like it. be firm about it, if not, then just call the next day and you'll get a different person that will give you the discount.

whereabouts are you planning to move... is it in the 416?

I know where most of the wire centers are in the city, not necessarily all of them though

the repair departments of the telcos have access to loop testers that can show the length your particular line is from your C/O if your service is with that particular telco
