I love Indian food! It tastes soo good. I wish more places would make it spicer. They ask u if your 'suuure' you want it that spicey, and sometimes they make me second guess myself and I get 'medium' and its weak sauce.
Some of my favorites:
Chicken Tiki masala
Dal
Pantaar
Garlic Naan
I totaly spelled those wrong, but Im too lazy to look them up.

The coolest naan I ever tried was in Paris, France. Those French are so obsessed with cheese--there was a thin layer of cheese IN THE NAAN!!! It was soooooooooooooo effin good!!!! (LOL totally blasphemous against the naan Gods but still something you have to try at least once!)

Rofl, I've had this a couple times...
As for Indian food, it's great- I mean I eat it everyday, I don't even see it as a treat or change to my diet. I probably smell like brown people now. South Indian food is still the best! DOSA BABY! YEAH!

Because of the abundance of places that serve indian food. Certain eating places have come up with some pretty tasty combo's to stand out from the rest. The best i've had so far is pizza like naan. It's basically your standard garlic naan topped with cheese, peppers, onions, tandoori chicken meat, chicken ham strips and tomatoes. I cant remember what its called though.

I prefer Nepalese actually. Well Indian is great, but Nepalese seems to be a bit lighter. The sauces aren't as "rich" as they are in Indian cuisine.
Sag paneer FTW

OH snap! You just named my absolute favorite dish in the whole wide world! Thai yellow curry with egg noodle. Jesus. I've been going to a little Thai restaurant here for so long, that they now give me free Thai iced teas, which is the 2nd best thing in the world. It's like stick with an IV and pour it all in. Lovelovelovelove it.
I even have Thai cook books just to marvel at the pictures.
Let's turn this thread Thai!
