Marcus Barrera impressed me. I'd never heard of/from him before Lance posted this show. Excellent music, good mixing. I'd see him again.
The crowd: bigger than I feared on a holiday weekend. A decent turnout, I like Barcelona for small shows. My only complaint with Barcelona is that it's a bit too much of a meat market--guys take "no" as the opening line in a dialogue, rather than the end. Though my friend didn't mind the meat market aspect.
Sorry, I can't remember much more...big holiday weekend of partying.

Yeah, that was the slowest night we've had since starting Proton Sessions 1 yr and a half ago. The crowd was not our regular crowd. Seemed to amateur night downtown this weekend. That with the fact that it was a holiday really effected our numbers. Usually, the meat-market factor does not come into play on our nights...
We did a little over 100 people. We usually do 250+ if that tells you anything.
ALSO, that stage in the middle of the dancefloor has to go... its ridiculous.
Marcos did play extremely well.

Next Friday I'll be playing that James Lavelle show at Sky and Saturday I'll be at The Venue playing that Hi:Fi show with Eric Ross. They gave me the Trance joteetz slot from 0200 - 0400. We could definitely use the support on Saturday if you could make it.
