I've done alot of work in office buildings, and this isn't that rare. I guess alot more people are becoming allergic to certain chemicals in perfumes and scented soaps. It is quite absurd though, this is like saying we should eliminate all types of grass and vegatation, because people are allergic.

The law in its entirety is stupid, as public places are everywhere and banning deodorant is just UNSANITARY.

However, if your perfume is too strong in a hospital you will be politely asked to leave and that is totally understandable if you ask me.
