I don't understand all the hate for Nou in this community. The kid might be slightly annoying to some, and perhaps an attention whore and a drama queen, but I don't see how that's different from 95% of posters in this sub-forum. At the very least, he comes off as authentic, or as authentic as one may discern from his online posts, which is rather refreshing when compared to most people that post in the COR.

In this specific instance, yes he fucked up, but I don't believe for a second that he would have acted on his initial impulses based on his general character. You may of course not agree, but I believe he was simply acting like the spoiled child that he is when things don't go his way, and throwing around harmless threats as a result. So he needs to grow up a little. Big deal. Give the kid a break. In my opinion, much ado about nothing.
