yeah all the technical aspects of shooting and editing was to come later (even tho I had already learned a lot from HS), but i just didnt feel learning about all the symbology of independent films was worth sitting through. It was just so uninteresting and I felt dumb because there were enough of those types of kids taking the clases who could see all the bullshit symbology pretty clearly. Whenever I was called on about something I was like...

I agree to a certain degree, arguments are only fun if the other person knows what they are talking about. Some people just disagree for the sake of it, and it does my nut in!

But playing 'Devils Advocate' is one of the best ways to learn (for both parties) , that's why sometimes I'll challenge someone even if agree with them!
