And re: muscle pain, if its hte kind that happens after you work out, where you muscles are all really achy for days on end, god! why woudl u wanna get rid of it??!?!? I LOVE that achy feeling!! SO GOOD!!!!

Its one of a few reasons that'll get me to actuallyh work out... so create that feeling in my legs and arms, and tummy! Absolutely love it.
