I have been dying to see Mylo for over a year now, and I left a very happy lady.
First, arrived early, to an empty club. We were worried that the place wouldnt fill up, but I must say it filled quickly to a very diverse crowd. Loved the different vibe although for the first two hours it seemed like people were running around playing tag. Pick a spot fuck and stop pushing! baha. Also, the outfits last night were fun, very stylish crowd. I talked to a guy about his bejewelled broach for a good ten minutes, lol.
Mylo was awesome. So much energy. He was putting on quite the show in the booth. As for technique I know that his mixing wasnt perfect, even I could tell but I expected that going in. It was awesome to hear him drop his own tracks, "drop the pressure", "no more conversations" and "buynow-forsale" may be dated but if anyone can play them,its him. For the record, I loved that random rock tune in the middle of nowhere!wtf, everyone was so confused at first then just kept rocking out.
I quite enjoyed Masterkraft aswell, much more technical then Mylo and alot dirtier. Musically, the night was different then anything ive attended before and I must say that I loved it.
Just want to add that I saw many very sketchy things last night, including a naked old lady walking through the crowd (OMG I thought I was losing my mind), two girls "doing it" in the bathroom stall, and a blow job ON THE STAGE. Honestly, keep your clothes on fuck.
The place closing so early was bologna, it was packed and still going strong when the lights came on, for shame. Our trip to the zone afterwards was interesting to say the least, lol fun times with les boyz.
Overall, a wicked night. A shame there were only a few to share it with but I enjoyed the company I was with. Sometimes its nice to not know 5o percent of a club, only because it lets you take in the experience that much more.
