From what I've seen on the news in regards to the PI issue, the last place either side wants to be is in S.L. (South Lebanon).

Kids in Palestine make a game out of throwing rocks at Isrealis who are in the Gaza strip and West bank.
The people they tend to be throwing rocks at are usually arab bedouins who were nationalized and are professional fighters.

But yeah back to the original point, I guess maybe the Palestinians because of years of practice.
